My honeybear.
I have an amazing boyfriend, and this blog is for him. We've been together for two years now. You'll see a lot of love, USMC pictures, Disney love, and babies here.

[…] And I have no idea what to do. I don’t know what to do and I just… All I know is I want to stay here. I want to stay right here with you as long as I possibly can. You’re just all that matters, okay? You’re all that matters to me. And I’m trying to figure out what the right thing is and I don’t know. I don’t have any freakin’ idea how to get there. I just… Because I need you to tell me. I just need you to tell me, okay? Can you just tell me, please? Just tell me what you want me to do.

I vow to love you and no matter what challenges might carry us apart, we will always find a way back to each other. Channing Tatum (The Vow 2012)

So I’m watching an Amanda Seyfried and Channing Tatum movie tonight but it’s not Dear John. Even though I have and love that movie.
I just watched Red Riding Hood which was really good and now I’m watching The Eagle.
I love period movies. :)

Movies worth rewatching {in no order}× Dear John, 2010
“A romantic drama about a soldier who falls for a conservative college student while he’s home on leave.”
“And for the briefest instant, it almost feels like we’re together again.” - Nicholas Sparks (Dear John)

Emily Hanson (Portman), a hopeless romantic hoards romantic novels in her room, constantly fantasizing that one day her own true love would come and sweep her off of her feet.  Currently reading Dear John has become Emily’s favorite book, and idolizes the idea of a relationship, though with distance, remains as strong as the characters in the book.  At Katelyn’s (Dunst) party, she meets John Miller (Tatum), a soldier who is on leave and is expected to be going back to Afghanistan in two weeks.  The two embark on a romantic affair, taking hold of the limited time the two have together before John has to leave.  Emily rereads Dear John, and compares John Miller to John Tyree and takes note of the significant similarities between the the fictional character, and John.  She flips through the pages and becomes cognizant that the events happening in her own love life coincide with the book Dear John.  Emily discusses to Katelyn how elated she is about her fantasy reaching out of the book into her life, but is discouraged by what Katelyn informs Emily of the ending of the book, that Savannah leaves John for someone else, and John leaving her as well.  Emily, who is adamant about the ending, skips to the back of the book only to find a number of pages ripped out.  Horrified, she races against the chapters of Dear John to save her relationship.

Kirsten Dunst’s character is really minor and is not on the movie poster
